Job Description CHILDREN'S HOME SENIOR SUPPORT WORKER / TEAM LEADER
Location: Bromyard, Herefordshire
Salary: £30,500 - £43,000
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), including one weekend in four & participation in the on-call rota
Holidays: 33 days per year

A dedicated leader with a passion for transforming young lives is required for a SENIOR SUPPORT WORKER / TEAM LEADER role in a residential care setting. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in providing outstanding care and support to young people with learning disabilities (LD).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be part of a senior care leadership team managing childrens homes.
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of residential support workers.
Ensure young people thrive in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
Work closely with education, health, and therapy specialists to provide integrated support.
Take on a leadership role with excellent progression opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Prior experience supporting young people with learning disabilities in a residential setting.
Qualifications: A Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is required.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
