Our client is looking for an experienced Children's Social Worker (Court Specialist) to join their Care and Support Service and make a real difference in the lives of children and families. If you have strong court experience and a passion for supporting children and families through care proceedings, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage care and pre-proceedings cases, ensuring full compliance with legal standards.
🔹 Provide expert support for court reports, assessments, and care plans. 📑
🔹 Attend court hearings and contribute to care planning meetings. 🏛️
🔹 Mentor junior staff and collaborate with CAFCASS and legal professionals. 🤝
🔹 Ensure all care plans follow permanence planning processes. 🔄
