What You’ll Do as a Children’s Support Worker:

• Provide personalised care in children’s own homes in the community, offering support with daily tasks and activities.
• Use tailored strategies to manage challenging behaviour with patience and understanding.
• Promote independence and build confidence in children with complex needs.
• Be a reliable and caring presence, offering companionship and emotional support to help children thrive.

What We Need From You:

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Experience or a willingness to learn strategies for autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
• A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• The right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (we’ll assist with this, refunding the cost after a set period).
• Over 18, with excellent communication skills and a caring attitude.
