• Community Mental Health Team(CMHT) - £40.00 per hour
• Hospital Discharge Team - £40.00 per hour
• Short Term Care and Intervention - £40.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with Adults in the UK
• DBS: Must be up-to-date
• Registration: Registered with Social Care Wales
• Degree: Social Work or a relevant degree
