Childrens Home Deputy Manager

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Deputy Manager to work within an EBD childrens home in Solihull, Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, and who is ready to support the day-to-day management of the home, providing leadership and guidance to care staff.
As Deputy Manager , you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure high standards of care are maintained while providing the necessary support to children and young people with complex emotional and behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Registered Manager in the operational management of the EBD childrens home, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practice.
Supervise and support care staff, providing training, guidance, and performance reviews to promote best practices in EBD care.
