About the Role:

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love spreading holiday cheer, this seasonal role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your customer service skills during the busiest and most festive time of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Assist with product inquiries, locating items, and upselling where appropriate.

Operate the till and handle transactions accurately.

Restock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store cleanliness.

Support in managing stock levels and replenishing items as needed.

Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A friendly, positive, and approachable demeanor.

Ability to work under pressure in a busy retail environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
