You will ideally have had previous experience as a communication Engineer /p p b Your role /b /p ul li Resolve Level 2 and 3 Telephony / Videoconferencing Oriented Incidents /li li Respond to specific hardware or application requests. /li li Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing Projects /li li Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis. /li li Ensure the MCO of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure. /li li Management of local team and sharing of skills. /li /ul p b Your skills and experience /b /p ul li Advanced knowledge of Cisco TOIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, Cisco SBS, VG2xx.), Webex, and Cisco video conferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip ...) /li li Knowledge of VMware Suite and vSan /li li Storage Knowledge of Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems /li li Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols and WAN/LAN and security as well as system administration and PC environment would be a plus. /li li Team Management/ People Skills. /li /ul p b Your security clearance /b /p p Security Check (SC) Clearance /p p To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. /p p To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. /p p Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality. /p p Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process. /p p b To apply please click the "Apply" button and follow the instructions. /b /p p For a further discussion, please contact Sam Stark on 07441 920862 /p br p JBRP1_UKTJ /p
