Our client is a technology specialist engineering contractor. They have recently secured a large data Centre Construction project near to Cheltenham. They are specifically looking for a local based person for this position.

We are looking for a Civil / BWIC Contract Manager, ideally with data Centre Experience, but this is not essential.

The project runs for over a year. This client carries out a substantial amount of similar project work locally in this area and whilst they would prefer to recruit a permanent member of staff, people with the relevant skills looking for a contract basis position will also be considered.

The project involves Groundwork and Civils associated with a major building development on a large footprint.

Excellent opportunity for a Civil / BWIC Contract Manager to work for a major Main Contractor with a great name, on a notable and interesting project in Gloucestershire, with excellent future prospects within the business.

Please note our client is specifically looking for someone�based locally with experience on large scale commercial / industrial / data centre projects (not housing) for this position.
