Reporting directly to the Head of Department, this is an integral role providing an excellent career path. You will be engaged in a diverse range of Commercial and Civil (not PI) Litigation and Dispute Resolution cases. Acting for both business client and private individuals, the team has a wealth of expertise covering: Debt Recovery Property Litigation As well as being involved in mainstream disputes (as outlined above) there is also scope for you to develop expertise in more niche areas of litigation. The nature of the role ideally requires a solicitor or CiLEX with not less than 3 years PQE but applications are also welcome from recently qualified assistants and paralegal with high level experience. In this role, whilst being supervised and mentored, you will be responsible for managing your own litigated case load and dealing directly with clients. Whilst this is not a large city centre practice, remuneration is pitched to attract and retain high calibre candidates.
