The Civil Design Engineer Role:
We are seeking a motivated Civil Design Engineer with approximately 4-6 years of experience to join this tight-knit team. You will have the opportunity to gain more responsibility, exposure, take ownership of a variety of projects and contribute to all aspects of civil design, including:

• Road, level, and drainage design
\n
• Planning representation and flood risk assessments
\n
• Tender and construction designs
\n

\n

You will be involved in modelling using Flow or similar software (experience with Civil 3D is essential), working closely with our existing team members to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage civil designs for various projects
\n
• Conduct detailed road design and ensure compliance with highway standards
\n
• Collaborate on flood risk assessments and planning submissions
\n
• Begin to engage with clients and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
\n

Ideal Civil Design Engineer:
This is a perfect role for someone who is adaptable, enthusiastic, and ready to contribute to a growing team. You should have:

• Experience in road design and drainage systems on UK projects
\n
• Proficiency in Civil 3D (Site 3D experience is a plus, though not essential)
\n
• A broad range of civil engineering experience
\n
• A desire to progress towards chartership with our support
