About the Company:
Join a medium-sized employee engineering consultancy with over 30 staff based in Glasgow, specialising in delivering outstanding infrastructure projects across the UK. They currently have an opening for a talented engineer in their Civil/ Temporary Works team.

Role Overview:
As a Civil Engineer, you will play a key role within the civils team, contributing to a variety of projects. You should have design experience in one or more of the following areas: slope stability, foundation design, ground anchors, gravity and embedded retaining wall design, formwork design, working platforms, culvert designs, and report writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake concept and detailed design.
• Respond quickly to emerging project requirements.
• Communicate ideas clearly through well-presented drawings.
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
• Conduct technical reviews of designs.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably BEng/MEng with a minimum 2:1).
• Working towards membership of ICE.
• Clean driving license.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Strand 7 (or equivalent FE analysis software), and Slope/W (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards, and CDM Regulations.
