Associate / Solicitor – Civil Litigation – Manchester – up to £60k + Excellent Benefits Package – Generous Bonus Scheme
The Role
Superb opportunity to join an award-winning leading Legal 500 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of Insurance and Non-Insurance Clients.
The firm is recognised across the globe for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Civil Litigation, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Associate / Solicitor to work alongside its existing Civil Litigation Team dealing with a range of cases across all aspects of Civil and Commercial Litigation.
The ideal candidate will be at least 3 years PQE and will have experience in breach of contract, nuisance, property disputes, boundary disputes etc.
The role is varied, therefore the right candidate will have a flexible approach to the work they do and be able to adapt to different tasks. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong paralegal with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients
The Candidate
A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE
Have existing Civil Litigation / Commercial Litigation experience
Have a good understanding of the CPR
Strong technical and organisation skills
Be able to work under pressure and deliver against set timescales
Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
An ability to adopt a commercial perspective to legal issues
Be highly client focused
Team orientated with a willingness to mentor, coach and supervise less experienced members
