Job Title: Civils/Poling Operative

Location: East Yorkshire

Remuneration:

- Annual salary: �28,500 to �30,500

• Bonus's based on build targets, Christmas bonus, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays and 3 extra days to utilise how you wish.

- Working Pattern: Full Time

- Driving Required: Yes

Responsibilities:

• Installing and maintaining telecoms infrastructure, including ducts, chambers, and cabinets.
• Clearing ducts and ensuring they are up to industrial standards.
• Installing telegraph poles for overhead distribution.
• Operating a variety of machinery, such as stihl saws, wacker plates, and trench compactors.
• Collaborating with the team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in installing ducts, chambers, and cabinets.
• Ability to clear ducts, refurbish them, and ensure compliance with industrial standards.
• Proficient in installing telegraph poles.
• Competent in operating machinery, including stihl saws, wacker plates, and trench compactors.
• Desirable certifications include 360 Mini digger, streetworks, cat & jenny, and NOPS card.
