Civils Site Agent

Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Civils�Site Agent on behalf of an international�tier 1 civil engineering contractor to work on a �100m+ ongoing project in�the Leeds area.

The contractor has a huge name in the industry for delivering quality & delivering results for clients across the UK & further afield. They are looking to add to their team�with the addition of another Site Agent, initially overseeing a large section of work�on a�highways project near Leeds (2 years duration). Further work secured across the North of England following this. Project values with this team: �100m to �1bn+.

On offer is also the opportunity to take advantage of this leading contractor's major�development plan for management staff with accessible�progression routes & regular PDR's. They are passionate about training plans and funding degrees/tickets & chartership�for their staff to always increase their capabilities across the business.

Duties/Responsibilities include:

• Manage site team and supply chain to deliver projects to�quality targets and deadlines


• Coordinating�Traffic Management�to ensure safe working area


• Writing &�updating�RAMS


• Undertaking daily site paperwork & documentation


• Progress meetings with senior management team & client


• Managing sub-contractors to ensure quality and H&S standards are delivered


• Development of short term programmes


• Promoting sustainable solutions for projects


• Provide reports for projects - costs, budgets, progress etc.

Experience required:

• Must have�experience as�Site Agent�/ Site Manager on civil engineering / highways schemes as main contractor


• Must have experience managing: drainage, earthworks, structures & general high speed road maintenance�etc.


• Must have experience managing work on high speed roads & motorways


• Must hold: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid�and full driving license.


• Beneficial: Temporary Works, EUSR Water, Deep Ex trained etc.

Remuneration:

A salary of up to �64,000 (dependant upon experience) plus:

Car allowance or company vehicle, annual leave & option to buy/sell 5 days, 7%�pension, healthcare for family�and much much more!
