Civils Site Manager

Peace Recruitment's client is an established reputable new build homes developer with decades of success providing quality and sustainable private homes across central Scotland.

They have a brand new opportunity for a Civils Manager to join their team in the Stirling area.

Reporting to the Construction Director you will be responsible for:

* Work with the Pre-Development team to ensure all works are planned and costed properly

* Working closesly with H & S to ensure adherence with policies and procedures

*Co-ordianate multi utility works in line with site programme

* Provide groundworks programme to allow accurate budgeting of projects

* Monitor all groundworks on live and historical sites

* Provide earthworks strategy to commercial team to allow accurate budgeting of projects

* Work with commercial surveyors to ensure all works are completed to an acceptable adoptable standard to ensure works can be adopted by the relevant�parties

* Commercial awareness on all contracts ensuring works are carried out in line with agreed costs and programme durations.

*Ensure all earthworks are being completed to company standard details

* Assisting the site manager in regular Quality inspections

* Carry out weekly progress meetings with groundworks contractors

For this role you will ideally have experience working within groundworks and a relative qualification/ degree

Ideally they are looking for someone who comes from a civils background within housebuilding

You must have a sound knowledge of the construction process
