Job Summary for a Cladding Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cladding Manager to oversee the installation and management of cladding systems on projects in Swansea. The role involves ensuring high-quality work, safety compliance, and effecient coordination of teams and materials.

Key Responsibilities of a Cladding Manager 

- Manage and oversee cladding installation on-site

- Supervise and coordinate site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.

- Monitor project timelines, costs, and procurement of materials.

- Conduct site inspections and resolve any installation issues.

- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders. 
Requirements of a Cladding Manager

- Proven experience managing cladding projects in construction.

- Strong knowledge of cladding systems and installation processes.

- Health & Safety certifications (SMSTS, First Aid, etc.) 

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
