Claimant Adviser:

Pay- £23,500 Per Annum

\n- The role is full-time (37 hours per week).
\n- This role is office-based role in Cavendish House Prince's Wharf- Stockton.

We are looking for a positive, flexible, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Claimant Adviser.
\n
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many claimants accessing HAAS via the claimant enquiry line. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry onto the relevant systems, and for completing all associated administration to a high standard. As a Claimant Adviser, you will provide excellent customer service to ensure claimants' queries are effectively resolved in a timely manner.
\n
The role is full-time (37 hours per week). You will be required to work shift patterns between 8am and 8pm (core hours are between 8am and 6pm). Saturday cover will be required on a rota basis. You will not be required to work a Sunday.

Responsibilities:
\n
\n- Managing a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
\n- Handling claimant enquiries as the single point of contact for claimants and other third parties using the enquiry service.
\n- Taking responsibility for enquiries from first contact through to conclusion.
\n- Providing a high level of customer service, ensuring that all calls and enquiries are dealt with in a professional, polite and caring manner, and demonstrating customer service excellence at all times.
\n- Ensuring that call scripts and documented procedures are followed at all times to ensure the quality and consistency of calls.
\n- Logging information taken on calls / enquiries accurately and in a timely manner on the relevant systems.
\n- Providing advice and guidance to claimants where appropriate and / or directing them to relevant advice and guidance.

\n- Previous experience in a customer service role
\n- Previous call handling experience
\n- Strong customer service skills
\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n- Good interpersonal skills
\n- Analytical and problem-solving skills
\n- IT literacy including the ability to type/ data input accurately, and at speed
\n- Previous experience using CRM databases
\n- Organised and able to manage time productively
\n- Flexible and able to adapt and respond well to change
