Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Coordinator to join a newly established Waste & Recycling team.
Job Title: Claims Coordinator
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Between £30,000 - £35,000
The Opportunity: Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will provide effective support to them as they lead this product, and the UK&I team of dedicated Adjusters and Specialists who have been assigned to this team.
The Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Executive Manager in managing this product by establishing a London office hub through which all aspects of the product are controlled.
Assisting with client liaison and account management, building relationships and ensuring clients are comfortable with referring issues into the hub with the knowledge that they will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Assisting with the marketing and promotion of the product.
Managing the administration of new claims, including receiving instructions, issuing acknowledgments, setting up files, and assisting with risk screening and triaging.
Working closely with Adjusters to assist with investigations and the validation of major and complex claims.
