This household insurance business are looking to triple in size across the next 3 years.
And although for the first 6-12 months, you’ll be using your expertise within household claims and operations to refine their customer journey from FNOL.
It’s thereafter you’ll have the opportunity to gain responsibility across other service areas leading you onto that ‘Head of’ job title in no time.
Because, ultimately, it’s that first contact between customer & FNOL team that can make all the difference.
But you know that.
And if you’re currently sat in a big corporate machine where decisions to get things changed are painful, you’ll be pleased to know that decisions can be made & changed in as little as 24 hours.
Ultimately, if you know a way or come up with an idea that is going to improve the customer journey, you have free reign.
This is all, of course, made easier with your ability to build relationships internally & externally.
You could even be an Operations Manager disguised as a Team Leader, we know this is sometimes the case.
