CKB Recruitment are working on behalf of a Multinational Loss Adjusters to recruit a Claims technician. Regarded as market leaders for Commercial claims our client require a experienced Commercial Property Claims specialist excited by the prospect of growing their commercial exposure with capacity for the ideal candidate to progress their career into loss adjusting. They are advocates for their staff and will support you in attaining CILA qualifications as a minimum but will also tailor additional training to meet the needs of each individual and their career aspirations.

On a day-to-day basis you will be tasked with administration of new claims including receiving instruction, issuing acknowledgments, setting up files and undertaking of risk screening and triaging. Working closely with Adjusters to assist with investigation, claims management and validation enquiries controlling the lifecycle of the files to drive diary management and support the proactive management of claims from setting up to conclusion.

To be considered for the role you will need previous experience managing commercial property claims (General perils and subsidence). You will be able to maximise claims efficiency supporting the adjuster with all claims handling, administration with key responsibility given to developing strong broker/Insurer relationships.
