Our client, a family run commercial automotive business specializing in repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles and trailers, is seeking for a Class 1 Driver/Cleaner to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm to share our energy and passion and contribute to our ongoing success.

Role:�Class Driver/Cleaner

Hours:�Monday to Friday, Day shift, 40 hours per week

Location:�Swindon

Key Responsibility:

• moving and parking vehicles to assist the technicians


• shunting vehicles in and out of the Depot


• take vehicles for annual MOT presentation/collect


• carry out forklift checks weekly


• parts store husbandry


• parts returns and transfer of parts to and from Swindon Depot


• keep the workshop, yard and special tool store clean and tidy


• cleaning workshop floor when required


• waste management, emptying bins and removing scrap items and place in recycled areas


• cleaning workshop van

Requirements:

• self-motivation in the way in which duties are conducted


• must hold and maintain a current full driving license and HGV Licence Class 1


• a forklift license is preferable but not essential
