Class 1 Driver Immediate start - DAYS OR NIGHTS

Pure Staff have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HGV Class 1 Driver in Cullompton.

Pure Staff specialise in the recruitment of HGV drivers for the logistics distribution and supply chain industry and have clients based all over England, Wales and Scotland. We offer drivers work that suits their needs, suitability, and personal lives.

we are looking for DAY drivers and NIGHT drivers who can meet the below specifications:

Job Specifications:

• Ability to complete an initial live load assessment (2 hours)
• complete collections of milk from farms in a Class 1 tanker
• Average shift is 12 hours
• If you have no 'live load' experience, training can be provided
• Daily Vehicle checks.
• A professional manner when dealing with the end customer.
• Always Wearing the correct PPE whilst working (safety Boots and Hi-Vis).

The ideal candidate:

• HGV Class 1 Licence
• 6 MONTHS Class 1 experience is essential for this role
• live load experience is preferred but not essential for this role.
• a Valid Digital tacho card.
• a Valid CPC.
• Clean Driving Licence with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD codes)

we are looking for drivers for all start times and accommodate shift patterns.

Class 1 Driver Pay Rate:

this rate is a 'crossover rate' so you will be paid a the following rates based on the hours you are working.

Monday to Friday 06:00 to 22:00 - �15.03

Monday to Friday 22:00 to 06:00 - �17.28

Weekends 06:00 to 22:00 - �18.53

Weekends 22:00 to 06:00 - �20.78

Please note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book annual leave.

Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or or Payroll Processing Fees.
