MONDAY - FRIDAY: START TIMES
£15.00 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in Carrington.

Day to Day Duties
Your duties as a Class 1 Driver will involve but not limited to:
• Operate and drive various class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Maintain accurate records of shipment, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management
• Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed
Essential Skills
As a Class 1 Driver you will need to
• Hold a valid UK CE Licence
• Must have a minimum 24 months experience driving a C+E vehicles
• No more than six penalty points and no major endorsement codes
• Have an in-date UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card
• Must be able to speak and read a certain level of English
