Rapier Employment are working with a well-established, family run national haulier in Witney, who are looking for a HGV Class 1 driver on the day shift.
** Must have at least 12 months of HGV Class 1 driving experience, along with no more than 9 points on your licence. **
Job Role: Class 1 Driver -Days
Pay rate: £16.00 per hour
Shift hours: Start times vary between 04:00 - 06:00 typically
Working days: Monday-Friday
Responsibilitiesinclude, but arenot limited to:
Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, record information internally and report any defects
Ensuring the load is fully strapped down ready to be delivered
Delivering the product to customer sites ensuring delivery instructions are followed
Hauling palletised flat-packed goods to various locations across the UK
Requirements:
Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
CPC Card
Digi Card
12 months Class 1 experience
No more than 9 points on your licence
