Class 1 Driver

Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Abingdon. This role is temporary to permanent for the right candidates.
** You must have 12 months Class 1 experience for this position **�
Position:�Class 1 Driver
Salary: Circa��800-�900 per week
Work:�Monday-Friday with nights out when required. There is a night out allowance
Time:�Typical 06:00 start, but some flexibility needed
Overtime:�After 45 hours worked
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Trunking delivering products to sites and collecting products ensuring they get loaded with no issues
• Complete�pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
• Maintain accurate paperwork
• Ability to work with some flexibility for the start times
• Be able to do nights out when required
• Full�PPE & training/development supplied
• Will be expected to cover sickness/holiday on Wagon & Drag (training will be provided for this)

Requirements:

• Full UK licence (Cat C+E)
• CPC�Card
• Digi�Card
• 12 months Class 1 experience

Beneficial but not essential:

• Experience doing load restrain inspections
• Plant mover & loader securer
