Class 1 Driver

We have an exciting opportunity for a C + E Class 1 Driver to work with our Transport department at Carluke, covering deliveries nationwide. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £42,633 per annum.

Monday to Friday work no weekends or bank holidays, newly qualified drivers considered.

The Class 1 Driver role:

The role involves delivery of our rigid kitchen range nationwide in our modern fleet of delivery vehicles.

The key responsibilities of our Class 1 Driver will include:

• Delivering company product nationwide.
\n
• Prepare the products in the vehicle for offload.
\n
• Maintaining a high standard of work.
\n
• Maintaining legal requirements.
\n

To succeed in this Class 1 Driver role, you must have:

• A full driving licence with the required vocational entitlement.
\n
• A valid DCPC.
\n
• Good verbal communication skills.
\n

You will be:

\n
• Of smart appearance as the position is customer facing.
\n
• Prepared to spend nights away from home.
\n
• Able to lift average sized kitchen, bedroom and bathroom units.
\n
• Willing to train within the transport department.
\n
