Class 2 Driver

Our client,�a leading logistics and supply chain company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Delivery Driver�to join their team based in Crawley. Successful candidates will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to various locations in a Class 2 vehicle while ensuring compliance with all transport regulations and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C1) vehicle for multi-drop deliveries and collections.


• Adhere to scheduled delivery times and routes.


• Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or issues promptly.


• Ensure goods are loaded and unloaded securely, with proper handling techniques.


• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.


• Communicate effectively with the transport team and customers.


• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.


• Ensure compliance with all driving legislation, including tachograph rules and road safety laws.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV license.


• Clean DBS


• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.


• Previous experience in a similar driving role as a Class 2 Driver .


• A strong understanding of UK road networks and transport regulations.


• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Tuesday to Saturday


• 6:00am starts
