We are proud to be working with a client who are a highly successful Food manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes. Due to continues growth they are currently seeking a hard working Machine Operator.


As a machine Operator you will work as part of a team operating Multivac and Flowrap packaging machines, carry out and recording quality checks. You will maintain a safe working environment by fully complying with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures.


Ideally you will have previous experience of working in the food manufacturing sector operating machines; ideal qualifications include: allergens training, Level 2 Food Hygiene, HACCP awareness; it would be highly advantageous if the successful candidate had experience of operating Multivac and or Flowrap packaging machines
The hours for this role is based on Panama shifts working a combination of days and nights, 12 hour shifts from 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am. Typical Shift Patterns can be discussed at screening stage. The Average working week is 42 hours plus any over-time.

Training is provided by buddy system and there is no set time frame for this as it is dependent on experience and the individual, typically it would take at least 3 months.
