Cleaner/Housekeeping

Dove & Hawk are working in partnership with a Property Management firm who are looking for an experienced cleaner who can maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation within a luxury apartment block, based in Mayfair, Prime Central London. The role includes cleaning common areas, hallways, lobbies to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and guests. It will also include cleaning and presenting vacant apartments to be ready for viewings. The right person will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Duties/Functions of the role:

• Performing daily cleaning and maintenance of all common areas including lobbies, hallways, lifts, stairwells and common areas.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to a high standard.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of outdoor spaces such as entryways and courtyards.
• Managing waste and recycling collection and disposal according to building protocols.
• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the Building Manager promptly.
• Following all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Responding to resident requests for assistance courteously and efficiently.
• Participating in special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Upholding the privacy and security of residents and their property.

Requirements of the Role:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, preferably in a luxury residential or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.

Salary Budgets: £24,800 per annum PLUS BENEFITS
Required Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (NO WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED)
