Are you looking for a cleaner role, long term with a key holding responsibility? Thorn Baker FM are looking for an experienced cleaner who is looking a long term contract to cover maternity leave. Based in the centre in Leek, ST13 postcode area.

This role starting from 1st July. 

• Pay rate: £11.44 per hour 
• Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 6pm till 8pm
• Role involves being a key holder
• Maternity cover

Main Duties

• May involve Lone working
• Will have the responsibility to be a key holder
• Ensure that all areas of the building are cleaned on time to the standards and specification,
• Cleaning in a medical building
• Sweeping, mopping, hoovering, changing / emptying the bins

Experience/Skills

• Cleaning experience
• Reliable and trusthworthy 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under own initiative and demonstrate effective problem solving

If you have cleaning experience based as housekeeper, janitor, office cleaner. Also if you have done a key holder cleaner role.
