PRS Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to work at one of our client's school in Dover.
Role: Cleaning Manager
Start day: ASAP
Time of Work: 5 days out of 7, 40 hours a week, anytime from 7am to 7pm
To manage a team of 12 cleaners
Contract: Temp to perm
Salary: 42K per year or �20 per hour
We require a Cleaning Manager, someone from ideally an FM background that has experience with day-to-day cleaning management along with experience in the up keep and cleaning of pools.
Below is a short summary of what experience we would require them to have.
1.���������Schedule cleaning team to ensure all areas are kept safe, clean and hygienic
2.���������Manage the in-house Laundry service
3.���������Order materials using the school IT system and ensure delivery across the school
4.���������Ensure pay roll data is completed and sent to payroll correctly
5.���������Ensure standards are kept to the agreed level by regular site walk rounds and internal audits
6.���������Report on efficiencies and shortfalls in best practise
7.���������Identify and rectify skills shortages and training requirements of team
8.���������Build relationships with department heads
9.���������Experience in education cleaning preferred
