Location: Maidstone, Kent and surrounding areas

Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Salary: �12.90 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our site cleaning teams across 11 buildings in Kent. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained while assisting in the management of waste, pest, and landscaping services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning teams to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Organize staff to meet work schedules and priorities.
• Provide instruction on the safe use of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines.
• Motivate and lead the cleaning team to consistently achieve high standards.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management, ensuring excellent customer care.
• Participate in training and development of team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

• Experience in industry/public cleaning services.
• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning teams across multiple locations.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
• Strong understanding of health and safety principles.
• Ability to motivate and organize a cleaning team.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills.
• Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks.
• Team player with a willingness to share knowledge.
