Clerk of Work (Construction)

Role: Clerk of Works

Location: Wakefield/Yorkshire

Salary: �55,000 + Package (Pro Rota if Part-Time)

Our client a leading construction consultancy are keen to recruit an experienced clerk of works on a permanent basis to compliment their current team.�

As a clerk of works (construction quality inspector) you'll be�responsible for:

• ensuring the safety and quality of construction works and materials


• Reviewing project documentatio


• Review project documentation to examine the scope of the project. The documentation contains timings and deliverables.


• Work with general contractors to discuss their involvement in the project


• Share suggestions and recommendations that help the project achieve its goals.


• Inspecting the quality and safety of work


• Check the workmanship and regularly conduct comprehensive construction inspections.
