Clerk of Works

I am looking for a Clerk Of Works to join a Social Housing provider in Hertfordshire on a short term contract. The Clerk Of Works will be responsible for carrying out due diligence on repairs for a block of flats. There is option to have one day working from home.
Clerk Of Works Duties:

• Review works being carried out
• Carry out handovers in line with the organisations checklists
• Ensure all the work has been carried out to a high standard
• Oversee final inspections of works
• Carry out due diligence on the repairs works

What is required for the Clerk Of Works role:

• Experience carrying out handovers on repairs works
• Social housing experience
