Our client possesses an abundance of experience across a variety of construction sectors including healthcare, industrial, residential, conservation and commercial.They believe that the key to successful delivery for their clients is to have a dedicated and enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of Clerks and Directors, focusing on improving quality within the various property sectors, especially the Residential and Commercial sectors. Our client also supports continuous development through audit meetings every month, providing praise and constructive feedback resulting in the correct training for improvement. Theyre striving for growth, turning over £5M in 2023 with a predicted £6M figure for 2024. This is alongside developing their team from 8 members of staff pre covid to their current 71 members.
