Clerk Of Works

A Council in Kent are looking for a Clerk of Works to monitor contract standards by inspecting planned and cyclical works carried out on site to meet the contract in terms of time, quality and cost and initiating steps to address shortfalls.�
This role requires someone who is expierienced with implementing FRA assesments with strong Fire Safety expierience.�

It is an initial 3 - 6 month interim contract with high possibility of extension in the long term.�
