Carat is privileged to work with some of the most eminent companies in the world. We're hiring for a Client Account Director to join the Xbox EMEA planning team in London. Purpose of the Role As Client Account Director you'll oversee the day-to-day account deliverables, supported by a manager and account executive. You'll be planning, launching & reporting on strategically driven, innovative media campaigns across key EMEA markets. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding client service for your clients & working with Client Director & Client Partner to deliver them according to client service & relationship plans and ensuring the Carat planning process is delivered end-to-end. Gaming is an exciting sector for media planning & we're always hunting for the next best media execution - recent highlights include an experiential takeover of the Outernet in Central London & digital partnerships promoting Xbox's sponsorship of the English & French national men & women's football teams. We are looking for an idea-led & inquisitive candidate to deliver what comes next! Key Responsibilities Lead coordinator for the team's live projects, ensuring all work is provided to our local / global teams & stakeholders in an accurate & timely manner across multiple simultaneous workstreams. Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with all specialist teams (e.g. AV, Digital, Search, Social, OOH) and work seamlessly with internal stakeholders & colleagues across the network to deal with client media requests. Oversee the day-to-day planning, finance teams & key contacts to ensure regular financial reports are accurate, match PO budgets & with all invoicing reconciled in a timely manner. Oversee specialist teams to ensure Prisma media plans are updated monthly to accurately reflect latest versions of plans. Support the planning & analytics team in production of bi-weekly performance reports & EOCs, ensuring delivery of actionable insights & optimisation for future campaigns & planning. Work closely with the Client Director and extended team to deliver media & planning responses, including presentations & ensuring flawless execution of campaigns. Qualifications + Skills Strong experience within media and with comms planning tools, and the ability to coach the wider team on the creation of in-depth audience analysis that informs planning recommendations for Microsoft. Strong working knowledge of all media channels & latest innovation in media planning & buying, to deliver informative & constructive conversation with clients. Knowledge and understanding of how to leverage data, insights and local experts to nuance planning deliverables across EMEA markets. Experience of working with & managing multiple client stakeholders on global or multi-market client Solid experience of & a flair for digital media, including brand & performance. What we offer This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility needed around client visits and meetings.
