Client Account Manager
We are currently recruiting for a motivated, reliable and customer focused Client Account Manager with proven managerial skills to join a well-established professional cleaning company based in Harlow.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the cleaning service delivery by overseeing team members site attendance, resolving attendance gaps to ensure service continuity is maintained
- Accurate processing of payroll timesheets on the CRM system
- Manage your team on all aspects of their role- to include but not limited to the company policies and procedures. Ensuring they take ownership of their area of responsibility
- Provide regular structured feedback to your line manager
- Develop excellent clients relationship by working close partnership with them
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients to review existing service and identify new business opportunities
- Respond to clients requests to deliver an efficient service and manage performance to the required standards.
- Identifying and resolving any clients issues in line with the company guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Experience of managing customer relationships, customer success and service delivery ideally in the cleaning industry
- Has the ability to manage, develop and motivate your team
- Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
- Experienced in managing multi-site cleaning contracts with majority based in London
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of working with a CRM system
- Excellent time management skills

Permanent- Full Time
Working Hours:
- 40 hrs per week -Monday to Friday-minimum three evenings per week, the role is combination of office and field work.
- Flexible hours
Pay Rate:
�35,000 per annum plus commission
