Client Accountant

Client Accountant - Knightsbridge - £45,000 to £50,000 DOE
My client, a global leader in luxury residential real estate, are currently seeking an experienced Client Accountant to join their office in Knightsbridge.
Headquartered in Central London with additional offices branching across Dubai and Singapore, my client specialise in premium residential property and capital market investments. This is fantastic opportunity to join a successful firm undergoing rapid expansion, with clear opportunities for progression.
With experience in residential property, the successful candidate will have 3 years' client accounts experience and be able to handle all receivables for the portfolio, maintain financial records, support audits and ensure compliance.
Duties:

• Record and reconcile rent payments accurately and timely
• Provide support with statutory audit and tax filing
• Ensure records are maintained and up to date
• Prepare cheques for payment
• Process payments ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare monthly Accounts Payable aging analysis report and accounts' ledgers
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Respond to Accounts Payable enquiries
• Assist with month end and reconciliation procedures, ensuring that all Accounts Payable transactions are accounted for
• Working closely with the property management team

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Residential Client Accounts
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads
• Ability to adapt to change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to communicate effectively between teams and liaise with Singapore team

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Office Based
