Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey with an accountancy firm dedicated to providing the best service for their clients? We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Client Administrator to join this growing team in the heart of Manchester City Centre!

What You'll Do:
As a Client Administrator, your role will be vital in supporting a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of new clients by issuing professional engagement letters, meeting AML requirements, conducting credit checks, and maintaining the database.
  • Information Liaison: Communicate with other accountancy firms to facilitate timely information handovers for our clients.
  • Client Support: Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries, building trust and confidence during their initial interactions.
  • Regulatory Administration: Liaise with HMRC and Companies House to ensure client details are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Database Maintenance: Keep internal client databases accurate and up-to-date, highlighting any discrepancies proactively.
  • Office Administration: Assist with various office tasks, including preparing letters, completing forms, and managing electronic correspondence.

What We're Looking For:
While we value your unique experiences, here are some traits that will help you shine in this role:

  • Previous office-based experience
  • Client-facing experience (not limited to accountancy but other professional services would be ideal).
  • Familiarity with finance and liaising with government departments (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong IT, communication, and literacy skills.
