Overview:
We are looking for a Part-Time Client Care Co-ordinator to join a friendly and dedicated team. As the first point of contact for the clinic, you will play an essential role in ensuring exceptional service to clients and helping the clinic run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional approach.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinics calendar.
Check-in patients, verify their information, and update records accurately.
