Client Experience Assistant - Farringdon - £24,000 per annum
My client, a luxury serviced office firm with over six sites across Central London, are seeking a personable and dedicated Client Experience Assistant to join their stunning office in Farringdon.
You will support and assist the other Client Experience Team members to maintain high client satisfaction across the buildings and shape the hospitality.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with Administrative Requests
  • Handling client requests such as mail handling, ordering supplies, and booking taxis, hotels, and restaurants promptly and professionally.
  • Client move-ins and move-outs, assisting with client transitions, including design, IT, facilities, and onboarding services (training provided).
  • Designing office spaces, participating in bespoke office design projects, developing your interior design skills to create show offices that support the sales department.
  • Organising client events, host client events, creating luxurious experiences for the clients.
  • Tracking clients' monthly spends and support the finance department
  • Upholding building standards; conducting regular building checks to ensure exceptional space standards for client success.
  • Identifying opportunities; review the hospitality offerings and make suggestions for improvements.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience in a customer facing role would be ideal
  • Well-presented and client facing
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Dedicated in providing high standards of service
  • A positive attitude, problem solving ability and willing to go above and beyond for the client
  • Detail-oriented
  • Adaptable in changing needs and ad hoc tasks
  • Capable of working autonomously or within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs and email handling

Package:

  • Starting salary of £24,000
  • 33 days annual leave (inc. of all bank holidays)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pm on rota basis
