Client Manager

Reed Practice are working with a firm of accountants who are on the lookout for a dynamic and ambitious Client Manager to join their growing team. This role is suitable for an accountancy practice trained and qualified Senior Accountant (ACA / ACCA) who has a solid grasp of accounts preparation for limited companies, LLP’s and sole traders/partnerships as well as good overview of the UK tax landscape applicable to individuals and small businesses including (but not limited to) corporation tax, self-assessment, VAT, PAYE, capital gains tax etc.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to:
Nurture and grow client relationships, providing proactive tax and accounting advice
Manage your own portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
Lead and mentor the team, overseeing technical work reviews
Drive business growth through upselling and innovative solutions
Enhance Bluewater’s systems and processes, contributing to continuous improvement
The ideal candidate must have:
ACA / ACCA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience
Solid accountancy practice experience
Strong knowledge of cloud accounting systems (Xero, Dext, Fathom)
Excellent client relationship management...
