Client Relations Administrator

Join our team as a Client Relations Administrator /Customer Relations Advisor at Marston Holdings Limited, the UK's largest judicial services company, and be part of our mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions in clean air technology and beyond.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with internal and external customers to provide support and guidance.
  • Assist Field Collection agents with queries and system updates.
  • Carry out regulated debt recovery procedures.
  • Coordinate Court dates, Warrant execution dates, and external contractors.
  • Manage high caseloads, ensuring client targets are met.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working within a regulated environment, such as debt recovery or legal proceedings is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience handling difficult situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Top-notch organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain phone etiquette standards

  • Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm

  • Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
