Client Relationship Manager (Business Development)
Location: Newry

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Director

Happy Jobs NI is excited to exclusively represent our client-a leading Manufacturing & Distribution company based in Newry-in their search for a results-oriented Client Relationship Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships within an existing client base.

Mission:
As Client Relationship Manager, you will focus on maximising revenue and identifying growth opportunities within established accounts. Through strategic engagement and excellent service, you'll showcase our client's innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions, ensuring strong, long-lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop strategic account plans to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales growth targets within the existing client portfolio.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, understand evolving needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions.
  • Monitor and analyse client and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  • Provide detailed reports and updates to the Sales and Marketing Director, including activity tracking and KPI performance.

  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record in account management or business development.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Professional and credible communicator, both written and verbal.

Package:

  • Salary: £42,500 per annum + £3,000 bonus
  • Office-based role in Newry
