We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) dedicated to External Asset Managers (EXAMs) to join our client in Switzerland (Job Ref: CRMEXAMBS24, Location: Basel). In this onsite and permanent role within the banking industry, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with EXAMs, catering to their needs, and providing expert advice on the bank's comprehensive range of products and services.



Responsibilities:




  • Provide extensive support to External Asset Managers (EXAMs) and their clients, covering trading, account administration, KYC processes, and other banking services.

  • Serve as the primary contact for EXAMs, ensuring prompt responses and resolving queries effectively.

  • Engage in strategic dialogues and contribute to the enhancement of tailored banking solutions for EXAMs.

  • Cultivate and enhance existing client relationships with EXAMs to foster loyalty and explore growth opportunities.

  • Identify and onboard new EXAMs through targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives.

  • Assist EXAMs in leveraging comprehensive banking solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align offerings with market trends and EXAMs' requirements.

  • Educate EXAMs on the bank's trading capabilities, service offerings, and product portfolio.





Qualifications:




  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics or similar banking education.

  • Possess 5 to 10 years of practical experience in finance, ideally in a client-facing role within the banking sector.

  • Fluency in both English and German is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools; familiarity with Avaloq is considered advantageous.

  • Demonstrate strong customer service ethics with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Approach tasks proactively with a hands-on mentality, adept at managing pressure and meeting deadlines.

  • Exhibit a sense of responsibility, dynamism, proactivity, and adaptability to evolving client needs.
