Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join a local team in the North Wales area on a permanent, full-time basis!
This role offers the benefit of a 4-day working week, while still offering a competitive full-time salary! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing and new client relationships, arranging and attending meetings, providing information on relevant services, and working within a dedicated, growing team!
Salary: �24,000 - �28,000�per annum (depending on experience)
Duties
- Effectively communicate with clients and manage ongoing relationships
- Provide relevant information and updates on Financial Planning services
- Ensure services are tailored to specific client situations
- Prepare accurate client information to be passed onto Financial Planners
- Arrange and plan annual reviews to be carried for client accounts
- Handle incoming queries via telephone and email correspondence
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Financial Planning or Banking sectors
- Client management and customer-focused background
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships
