Client Service Director

This role is a 7-month fixed-term contract.
The Role:
Responsible for the management of integrated client campaigns, working cross-functionally to deliver campaign success.
Responsible for providing senior-level leadership across the client's program.
Responsible for acting as a trusted adviser to C-suite level client contacts, proactively consulting to drive business and relationships forward.
Responsible for driving internal teams to deliver client satisfaction and campaign performance.
The Candidate:
8 years plus experience in client services or program management within a media agency or publisher environment.
A deep understanding of strategic marketing solutions.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence decisions.
Experienced in managing C-Suite stakeholders.
Availability to start in September 2024.
