As a Client Services Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the successful implementation of paid media and offline planning strategies. Job Description: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and objectives. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams, including media planners, creatives, and analysts, to develop strategic paid media and offline planning solutions tailored to each client's needs. Lead the development and execution of media plans across various channels, including but not limited to digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize media plans and drive results. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media and offline advertising. Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, highlighting campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for improvement. Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services to existing clients. Handle any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in an agency setting. Proven track record of managing successful paid media and offline planning campaigns. Strong understanding of media planning principles, including targeting, reach, frequency, and optimization strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with media planning and reporting tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Nielsen, comScore) is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
