To take ownership of all client enquiries both new and follow up, with a focus on providing first contact resolution or help whilst positively managing expectations:Deliver Service Excellence to our clients; ensuring operational escalations are resolved quickly and effectively and communicated proactively to the client.Ensure that specific client SLA’s are consistently met and that any issues that prevent SLA achievement are addressed appropriately.Ownership of client query resolution; aiming for 1st time resolution and if escalated ensure that query is resolved, and client informed of outcome in a timely fashion.Investigation and resolution of internal invoice queries to ensure clients are billed correctly.Focus on continuous improvement by reviewing existing systems and processes, making recommendations for change to improve service, costs and efficiency.Candidate Profile:Plans, organises, schedules and delivers in an efficient, organised manner. Ability to focus on and execute key priorities.Prioritises the delivery of a high level of client satisfaction. Monitors client satisfaction (internal and external). Establishes partner relationship with clients. Visible and accessible to clients.Clear, concise, timely communication both verbal and written; keeps people informed proactively.Passionately finds ways over, around, or through barriers to success. Goes beyond the call of duty. Shows bias for action. A results-oriented “doer.”Exhibits dynamism, excitement, and a positive can- do attitude. Possesses a willingness to work hard to get the job done.
